On April 3rd, University of Nottingham Ningbo China Provost Nick Miles visited ShanghaiTech with Vice-Provost for External Relations Shen Weiqi, Vice Provost for Teaching and Learning May Tan-Mullins, Vice Provost for Research Patrick Y.K. Chau, Associate Provost for Innovation and Advancement Cui Ping and Dean of Faculty of Science and Engineering Wu Tao.
ShanghaiTech President Jiang Mianheng, Vice President and Provost Yin Jie, Vice Provost Jiang Ge and Vice Director of Office of Research Administration Wang Jiang met the delegation.
The two sides exchanged ideas on enrollment, teaching and research and expressed willingness to cooperate. Afterwards, the delegation toured around the campus, visiting some of the schools.
