On April 10, Associate Professor Han Lin from the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science and Health Systems of Drexel University, paid a courtesy visit to ShanghaiTech.
Vice President Jiang Ge extended a warm welcome to him and briefly introduced the education concept, talent cultivation, and research progress of ShanghaiTech. Han Lin hoped that this visit could further promote academic exchanges and cooperation between the two universities.

After the meeting, Han Lin visited the labs at the School of Physical Science and Technology (SPST) under the guidance of Assistant Professors Ye Chunhong and Ling Shengjie.
He also had discussions with Assistant Professor Hong Suting at the School of Entrepreneurship and Management (SEM), Executive Dean Hu Peng at the School of Biomedical Engineering (BME), and Vice Dean Liu Jilong at the School of Life Science and Technology (SLST).
In the Y Building, Han Lin learned about the history and achievements of the Shanghai Institute for Advanced Immunochemical Studies (SIAIS) and the iHuman Institute.
His last stop was the Shanghai Clinical Research and Trial Center, where Director Zhu Chuowen updated him on the new development of the center.
